What is the performance and quality like?
Lashes of change have scoured the globe to find the very best mascara formula creators. Our partner in Italy has helped us create a formula that has met our very high standards. We demand our mascaras to be long wearing, smudge proof, low sensitising formulas of exceptionally quality, with high quality vegan Ingredients including rice bran wax, Hydrogenated Olive oil and nourishing Argan Oil.
Lashes of change has an ethical mantra to ensure that no ingredient or finished product has been tested on animals, or includes any animal by product. We also have signed certifications from our manufacturers to confirm that our mascaras do not contain gluten.
How do I assemble my mascara?

How do I clean and sanitise my brushes?
Simply clean the brushes under warm running water and give it a little scrub with your finger or a small brush. Your brushes will clean easily. If you are not going to re-use them immediately, once dry we encourage you to store them away safely in our custom designed storage box or a clean pouch and place them in an area they will not be exposed to dirt and grime.
When you want to reuse the brushes, you can simply give them another quick wash, or you may prefer to spray them with our mascara sanitizer specially designed for our mascara brushes. Refer the link below for the full demonstration with all the instructions.
How do I store my brushes?
Store them away in clean safe environment. Suggestions include our custom designed Travel box or Zip-lock bags. Please make sure you wash your brush under running water or sanitize with our Mascara brush sanitizer before reusing the brush.

Currently we deliver only in Australia. We are hoping to ship worldwide very soon. We will update you as soon as we expand our delivery services.

How often do I need to refill my mascara cartridge?
The recommended usage period is 6 months from opening date of the formula refill cartridge.
What is your return policy?
We sincerely hope that you will be happy with your Lashes of change products. All of our products are individually packed and inspected prior to shipping to meet our strict quality control standards.
We stand behind our products and therefore offer a 30 day risk free trial. If you are in any way unhappy with the performance of your mascara, then simply let us know and we will be happy to arrange a refund. Please note that products will need to be returned to be eligible for a refund. Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with the details.
Outside of this 30 day trial, we handle all other returns and process refunds in accordance with the Australian Consumer Protection legislation. Sorry, but we are unable to accept returned orders for change of mind, inclusive of purchases that have been made in error eg. accidentally ordering an item incorrectly.
If you are not happy with your products, you may apply for a refund by emailing email@example.com. Please note that the customer must bear the return delivery charges.

If you wish to make any changes your order we advise you contact us urgently, as our orders are generally fulfilled promptly after placement. We are unable to make any changes to orders after they have been fulfilled. You may change or cancel your order as long as it has not yet been dispatched from our premises.
We take the utmost care and pride in our products and we are fully committed to having satisfied customers. Once you have placed your order and it is shipped unfortunately, we cannot change or cancel the order.
