I like the mascara and the fact that you can choose your brush and refilling is awesome, but would love to be able to refill the refills, because you are still having waste

Thank you for your thoughts and whilst I wish that we could reduce even more on our packaging, please understand that a refill into an old tube that has dried up mascara in it over time, will definately compromise your experience with the formula as it would become gritty over the years.

Please note that our refill tubes are made from recycled plastics and because they don't have any other material in it once empty, they can go into your recycle bin OR be taken to a recycle centre for cosmetics, so they can go back into the circular economy and be made into something else again. This is the very best that we can do without compromising on customer experience - And a refill pouch could get very messy and is still another piece of packaging that would need to be disposed. So either way, you'll still be receiving another piece of packaging.

Perfect Mascara

This mascara is amazing. My eyes are sensitive and I haven’t had a problem. Not only do my eyelashes look great , it feels like I’m not wearing any product on them as this mascara is not clumpy
