I am so grateful Tania created this mascara

I used to get puffy red eyes from loads of different mascaras I’ve previously used.
The waterproof mascara works an absolute treat for me. My eyes love it.
Recently I tried the standard one which didn't agree as much, however Tania was kind enough to swap me back to my all time favourite waterproof.
What amazing customer service.

I've been using Lashes of Change mascara for quite a while now - I was originally drawn to it because of Tania's story and the ethos of the company. I loved it from the start and I still do. I love that the water resistant formula doesn't smudge, lasts all day and is easy to remove. I recently had an issue with my wand (or so I thought) and I felt the mascara was getting a little gluggy (it hadn't done that before). I reached out to Tania for advice and it turned out that I was being a bit lazy about cleaning my brush, which in turn caused a bit of a build up that prevented me from closing the wand enough to seal it. A good clean and problem solved! Tania's response was very quick and extremely helpful - great customer service! Thanks for such a great product.

Talk about customer service! I had an issue with my mascara.. I emailed Lashes of Change & the very next day Tania called me, quizzed me on my lashes & turns out I just chose the wrong brush! The brush she recommended is perfect for my lashes - Tania truely is a wealth of knowledge. The Lotte brush is super innovative, I love the curved shape and it works wonders. The wand I chose is exactly how I like to have my eyelashes and the mascara is really nice to wear, easy to remove. It's a bonus that it is mostly sustainable packaging when the product itself is so great!
